Refers to canon 2 of the Synod of Carthage in 418.

In the canon 2 of the synod we read: “It was also considered: if any man denies that new-born children should be baptized, or says that they should indeed be baptized for the remission of sins, but that they derive from Adam no original sin which needs to be removed in the laver of regeneration, from whence the conclusion follows that in them the form of baptism ‘for the remission of sins’ is to be understood as not true but false, let him be anathema.”

What the Apostle said “As by one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death passed upon all men because all have sinned,” (Romans 5:12) should not be understood differently, but just as it was always understood by the Catholic Church throughout the world. According to this rule of faith even infants, who could have committed as yet no sin themselves, therefore are truly baptized for the remission of sins, to wash through the revival what they brought to themselves  as a result of birth. "(BF 41)

Reading the above text, the difficulties in understanding the meaning can be noted. The text is formulated so that it causes confusion. The reasons for this are as follows:

  1. External

Highly complex sentences were used which make the text unclear, hindering clear understanding of the meaning, causing mental confusion.

  1. Internal

Using the form of an order having the character of an emotional blackmail - if someone denies .... let him be ...... should not to be understood differently, but just as ... .., triggers the emotional confusion, anxiety and forces automatic submission to the record.

The phrase: Let him be anathema - has a very strong negative impact on the reader.

It is so called. emotive operator or in other words the emotional driver or stimulus that causes certain emotional responses in the nature of human behavior. The action of emotive operators is absolute, automatic, immediate, instinctive. A specific stimulus (emotive operator) causes specific reactions. You can not stop their occurrence.

In this case, the words: Let him be anathema is a threat - promises punishment. It is an emotive operator causing in a person being acquainted with the contents of this Synod record, fear of punishment and rejection and thus fear to oppose.

Announced punishment is exclusion. Phrase will be excluded - is identical with the phrase will be excluded, excommunicated and is a very strong emotive operator, actuating the fear of excluding from the community.

In the space of human behavior, there is the so-called herd instinct. Instinctive behaviors are not the result of rational and conscious thought. They are automatic reflexes of high-impact on human decisions made unconsciously. Herd instinct tells us to do what everyone else is doing to remain in the herd because being away from the herd means danger, a threat to life. Being in the herd creates a sense of security, it is a guarantee of survival. This means that if you face the prospect of exclusion from the herd, there is a huge, uncontrollable fear and man surrenders blindly, he will do everything in order not to be excluded or exposed to a threat to life. This type of fear and the resulting sense of danger, may aggravate to a state of panic and as a result cause mental paralysis and inability to think independently.

And how should we think? The phrase: "... should not be understood differently, but just as it was always understood by the Catholic Church throughout the world" - by a suggestive order directs and forces to agree with the stated interpretation. Man is forced to accept a predetermined, explicit authority of the Church. In conjunction with the previously described mechanisms, there is also the fear of the opposition to the authority.

In the case of the impact of the analyzed text – in result of such conglomerate of fears there may be difficulties in attention while reading / listening to the text, difficulty in understanding the meaning and reluctance to thorough analysis of the content of the record.

In addition, causing the fear of expulsion outside the community can result in further aggression against those who want to stop a person from an instinctive action. So, the desire to conform, to succumb to reflexes will be stronger than the desire to recognize the real situation.

In this case – aggression can appear against those who will encourage to in-depth analysis of the text.

The above-described factors have an impact on the reading person in which appears feeling of reluctance to explore the contents, an incomprehensible resistance, mixed with anxiety. The person receives internal messages: Leave it, do not touch! Do not take a look at it !. It's dangerous! Danger! Run away! They have clear nature of the alarm. In the behavioral nature fear and flight reflex was triggered.

This is the first stage of reaction and already at this point there may be withdrawal, resignation and surrender that is passive submission to the record without going into its meaning

Going through this stage opens up the opportunity to explore and understand the contents of the record. From the chaos of writing, if you extract the essence,  the following text appears:

If someone believes that baptism does not wash away original sin, received from Adam, because he no longer has  that sin - let it be excluded from the community. For proof, we present words of St. Paul (Romans 5, 12), which says: "Through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned." Man is born with original sin and therefore infants are baptized to free them from original sin. And it should not be otherwise understood!

Even more simply;

Everyone is born with original sin. This sin is removed by baptism, which is received in the Church. Who disagrees with it will be excluded from the Church!

So, Church using baptism in such record, is the giver of Redemption, i.e. the liberation from original sin.

This means that not Jesus Christ!

This is not in agreement with the Truth contained in the Gospel.

„ ( … ) He sacrificed for their sins once for all when he offered himself” (Hebrews 7:27)

In him we have Redemption through his blood” (Ephesians 7)

On the pages of the Gospel in many places we find information that Jesus Christ by his perfect obedience and death on the cross redeemed the entire world and man is free. The whole world, not just baptized people, so it is not baptism which removes original sin - sic!

“He is expiation for our sins, and not for our sins only but for those of the whole world” (1 John 2:2)

From now on, a man is born in the light.

“The true Light which lighteth every man was coming into the world” (John 1:9)

“I am the light of the world” (John 8:12)

“Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil”— (Hebrews 2:14)

Also quoted in this canon St. Paul continued his speech, saying: “Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.” (Romans 5:18)

Why was the further part of the statement of St. Paul omitted which fundamentally changes the meaning of the whole?
Why is it commanded to believe that every person is immersed in the darkness when he comes into the world?

Hiding the truth, ordering others to believe a lie and constant repetition of it, is in itself manipulation, referred to in the popular statement that a lie repeated many times becomes the truth.

The subject of covert manipulation in the Carthaginian record is the ETERNAL LIFE.

In the record it is stated that:

  1. There was no Redemption, because everyone is born with original sin.
    2. Freedom from original sin is caused by baptism, which is obtained through the Church.
    3. Do not think otherwise, because it results in punishment.

The result is:

  1. The actual denial of the REDEMPTION by CHRIST.
    2. Recognition of the Church as the main benefactor, owing to which by baptism man becomes kind of free, but it is just the opposite.
    3. There occurs secondary reading of original sin in the conscience, which is not removed by baptism. Man remains in the dark.

What are the consequences?

In short it can be presented as follows:

Original sin was removed by Christ and man could again live in the light, spiritual relationship with God. Originally baptism was taken as a sign of repentance, conscious acceptance of Redemption and take of life that resulted from this awareness. Life, which led to the flowering of his spiritual nature and issuing the fruit, which expects us to God.

Christians received baptism by immersing into the saving and vivifying death of Jesus Christ, that is immersing in His law and His power.

“Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?  We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life”. (Romans 6 :3-4)

Baptism was the inclusion into the obedience of Christ in order to by submitting to his power " not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God“ (Romans 6:13) and to have a share in the joy that followed.

Original sin was not removed by baptism. (Sic)

Man could live immersed in the light of God, free from the first death - the soul returned to life. Loving God with all his heart, with all his soul, he was able to …… strive to the Kingdom of God. Spiritual man was created, ETERNAL SALVATION  was before him. True, early Christians lived just this Truth. They participated in the "first resurrection." They became people full of the Holy Spirit and power of God.

“Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.”(Rev. 20:6)

The claim that everyone has the original sin, acts like being caught in a snare. By ordering the reckoning of original sin (included in the analyzed  synodal notation), darkness is restored and freedom is taken away, the opportunity to climb to God. Man is again in the first death. His spiritual growth is stopped, slowed down!

Man lives just the nature of the biological, behavioral, higher, spiritual consciousness does not develop, which prevents understanding of Spiritual Truths. Follows spiritual amnesia, regression of true Christianity.

Since this record is not widely known and currently phrases speaking of Christ as Redeemer are used, a lie is hidden among the words of truth. Everything seems on the surface to be okay, but since this provision is fundamental, it acts constantly in the subconscious of man.

Record in Carthage already survived 1600 years. Baptism still forgives the original sin and at the same time the doctrine of redemption by Christ is proclaimed and no one responds to the resulting contradictions.

Understanding what is a really hidden (sic) meaning the record of Carthage, we can recognize another psychological mechanisms that affect the behavioral nature of man, on a very deep level. These are defense mechanisms that in psychology are described as "Stockholm Syndrome"

The term " Stockholm syndrome " took its name from the events that took place in Stockholm in 1973. On August 23 in 1973, two men entered the bank to robbed it. When the police arrived, the robbers took hostages (three women and a man) and were holding them for six days. When the rescue team arrived, the hostages did not show the slightest desire to cooperate, they defended their captors, blaming the police for the situation. After some time from the kidnapping, one of the freed hostages set up a foundation whose aim was to raise funds for lawyers for the kidnappers and one of the hostages engaged to the abuser.

Signs and symptoms of Stockholm syndrome include:

- Positive feelings of the  victim towards the perpetrator;
- Positive behaviour of the  perpetrator towards the victim;
- Helpful behaviour of the victim towards perpetrator;
- Negative feelings of the victim towards family, friends, authorities trying to rescue him;
- Inability to engage in behavior that could lead to the release of victim from the offender.

Stockholm syndrome requires fulfilling of certain conditions. Victim:

-  notices that its survival depends on the good will of the perpetrator;
- sees no possibility of escape;
- sees little courtesies on the part of the perpetrator;
- is isolated from perspectives different from the perspective of the perpetrators.

The development scheme of the Stockholm Syndrome is as follows: in a stressful, traumatic situation perpetrator threatens the victim that he would be deprive him of life, if he is not subordinated to his will. The perpetrator can bully mentally and physically the victim, thus showing that its continued survival is dependent only on his will. The victim can not count on the help of others or escape. Over time, he knows the perpetrator better and knows what triggers a chain of violent reaction and what can prevent it. The slightest sign of positive feelings on the part of the perpetrator makes that the victim begins to see in him a savior, or even a friend. The mere fact of victim’s survival, of non-violence, permission to use the toilet, the supply of food or drink causes that the victim begins to feel positive emotions in relation to the persecutor. People from outside who are trying to free the victim, are no longer in his eyes liberators, but persons who want to hurt his only defender.

The only explanation for Stockholm Syndrome may be the phenomenon of cognitive dissonance. The theory of cognitive dissonance explains how and why people change their views, opinions, feelings.

Cognitive dissonance is an unpleasant condition of the organism, self-motivated for his removal. It occurs when a person is faced with two cognitive pieces of information, conflicting with each other. In a traumatic situation at the beginning there are negative feelings towards the perpetrator. But the fact that the victim lives, that he experiences minor manifestations of kindness on the perpetrator’s part, makes that positive emotions appear. To get rid of dissonance, the perpetrator is perceived not as an enemy but as a friend, fighting in a just cause. "

What is the relationship of the record in Carthage with the above mechanisms?

Stockholm Syndrome describes the mechanisms that trigger a situation of imprisonment, violence and threat to life, between the perpetrator and the victim. At first it seems absurd to use such a comparison to the relationship between the Church and Christians. After all, the Church does not imprison anybody.

Not in a physical sense. But we are dealing with the violence used in the spiritual space. Prescribed in the record of 418, and binding till now baptism rules, cause re-evocation of original sin in the conscience and leaving it there, because the Church cannot remove  original sin. This was already done by JESUS CHRIST!

„(….)He sacrificed for their sins once for all when he offered himself”. (Hebrews 7:27)

“In him we have redemption through his blood”  (Ephesians 1:7)

The man is again immersed in the dark and imprisoned. In this way ATTACK ON ETERNAL LIFE takes place. Man becomes a victim and a prisoner in the spiritual space!

The record causes a psychic shock in the depths of human nature, such as during the sudden loss of freedom and in the human subconscious starts snowballing system of defense mechanisms and the process of Stockholm syndrome. All the above described stages of this syndrome can be applied  here starting from the fact that "in a stressful, traumatic situation, the perpetrator threatens the victim that he would deprive him of life, if he is not subordinated to his will"

The analyzed record of canon 2, functions in the spiritual dimension in such a way that a person becomes a victim, who is threatened by the loss of eternal life if he does not comply with the will of the Church. You can even extend the sense of threat to this earthly life, if one takes into account the effects of exclusion from the community at a time when the Christian religion was the state religion and exclusion from the community had far-reaching consequences.

What happens next? "The slightest sign of positive feelings on the part of the perpetrator makes that the victim begins to see in him a savior, or even a friend."

Defensive reaction causes the victim's denial of any threat, not recognizing or complete ignoring it. The man loses the desire to be saved, because he does not see his situation as a prisoner. In order to survive and cope with the described cognitive dissonance, he treats enslavement as freedom. In the same way Christians behave today in relation to prescribed rules of baptism and the Church.

"People from the outside, who are trying to free the victim, are no longer in his eyes liberators, but people who want to hurt his only protector"

Those trying to draw attention to the distortion which appeared in the synodal record and the resulting consequences for the salvation of the soul, are perceived by other Christians as enemies who destroy a sense of security (false security -sic!).

The use of psychological analysis based on the Stockholm syndrome, in the case of the violence of the human soul and its spiritual enslavement, is justified because all conditions of its occurrence are fulfilled. (See page 6)

It can be noticed that these mechanisms affect not only the faithful but also the people of the modern Church who were both in the role of the oppressor (unaware) or the victim.

It is also worth noting that the mechanisms described in the Stockholm syndrome are mechanisms that characterize all enslavement and they are present wherever power over another human is executed. Skillful use of these principles by ruling elites makes that people do not notice the process of enslaving and live in an illusory sense of freedom. For this purpose, there is also used legislative system, formulation of relevant laws, designed to protect the profits of the establishment.

"The most important is invisible for eyes"

(Used herein term "spiritual programming" has been used for the purpose of describing the structure of manipulation which ultimately relates to the spiritual nature of man).

Analyzing the meaning of the record shows deeply hidden manipulation, which is a crucial point.

You may notice that the text is divided into 2 parts

  • The first reads: "It was also considered: if any man denies that new-born children should be baptized, or says that they should indeed be baptized for the remission of sins, but that they derive from Adam no original sin which needs to be removed in the laver of regeneration, from whence the conclusion follows that in them the form of baptism ‘for the remission of sins’ is to be understood as not true but false, let him be anathema.” What the Apostle said “As by one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death passed upon all men because all have sinned,” (Romans 5:12) should not be understood differently, but just as it was always understood by the Catholic Church throughout the world.

By emotive operators, causing the so-called. negative motivating (punishment for unwanted behavior) and the complex structure of the text - suitable mental state is created. Suitable that is such in which there is: confusion, anxiety, mental paralysis, limited perception of stimuli, suppression of consciousness. Suitable for what?

Human consciousness is prepared step by step and as a result brought to a state of increased susceptibility to external control and susceptibility to suggestion.

  • The second part is the last sentence of the record: "According to this principle of faith children are truly baptized for the remission of sins, although they were unable to commit any sin, to wash through the revival what they brought on themselves as a result of the birth."

Note the word “brought”. It is the emotive operator with reference. In emotional reference it has a pejorative meaning, so it triggers the internal feeing that it is something bad. You do not use the phrase “brought” in the meaning of bring something good on somebody, but e.g. to bring misfortune, threat.

What threat could bring children on themselves?

Note that according to this record children are washed through the washing of regeneration from what they brought on themselves as a result of the birth. (sic)

"The true light that enlightens every man was coming into the world" (John 1:9)

What children "bring on themselves as a result of the birth" is Jesus Christ and His Redemption. In that case, the children are washed from Jesus Christ and His Redemption!

By agreeing to a given formula of baptism, the result takes effect.

Following the whole Carthaginian record we can see 2 layers of impact, so hidden in one another that it is difficult at first to see their mutual consistency and comprehensive action.

  1. External layer

- The introduction in an authoritative manner an information about the existence of original sin in children as the existing threat for them. They can be removed only by baptism in the Church which at this point becomes automatically a liberator, to which we owe gratitude.  It is no longer Christ (sic!).

  1. Internal layer

- Launching by a suitable construction, rhythm and emotive operators, a sequence of  reactions which will result in making the wrong decision, having the nature of the trap.

What is this interaction?

When the emotive operator "brought" initiates reference to the risk of the child's life, at the same time, snowballing strong emotional reactions are initiated in a man, instinctive, at the lowest level of instinct, associated with the reflex of offspring defense: a violent, extreme anxiety about the child's life, tense , frantic search for the source of danger and rescue, regardless of price.

By appropriate suggestion the rational determination of threat (to hide what actually happens) is “offered” to him. It is the original sin removed by the washing of regeneration, that is baptism. This clarification of threat and offering help induces sedation and relief, so he accepts them without resistance and with gratitude. He does not see that at this point, at the same time voluntarily agrees to wash the baby from light.

The whole presented process takes place instantly in the deep spaces of behavioral nature.

The situation of the liberated feelings of threat in which man takes such a decision is of the extreme character and results in, apart from a strong affection, the unclear consciousness, impairment of discernment stimuli, blindness. It makes that properly targeted man makes the negative, even tragic choice.

He thinks that he chooses freedom for the child, while as a result he takes it away from it. Through this decision the child is torn from light and immersed again in the darkness

It is important that the parent did so voluntarily, because only in this way could exist breaking of  the relationship with God. By reckoning original sin  in the child's conscience .

Anyone who is born, is born in light. But to snatch the child from the light, the parent must make such a decision himself. He must stop it by an act of own free will and choose evil. Therefore, he is ordered to make a choice of evil by creating a threat!

A man thinks that the decision was made autonomously, independently while in the meantime by suitable construction of the record, which triggers certain behavioral responses (see chapter I and III) becomes entangled and enslaved.

He is shown an apparent profit and there is hidden from him profit and loss of the involved by making  such a choice by him.

The child actually was born safe, immersed in the light of God's presence, liberated, free, with free spiritual nature, and he shall be reckoned in the conscience with original sin and is again immersed in the darkness, which becomes later in his life the source of spiritual problems.

Due to the instinctive reactions, anxiety about life on the biological level, the eternal life is taken away from the child!

Man makes the decision that prevails over him and can not reverse it,
. It dominates over him because he made it in depth, in the whole nature of his being, in his bowels!

The effects of this decision can be stopped, removed only by a superior force, which is Jesus Christ, by awakening!

“In him we have redemption through His Blood” (Ephesians 1:7)

The choice made by the first persons, whom provision of Carthage directly concerned, for generations has been fixed and survived to the present in the current formula of baptism. In Baptism original sin is still removed.

Why  was it possible to maintain this state for such a long period of time?

It is important that the choices made at the level of instinct, are very strong and very deeply rooted in the nature of human subconscious. And those that are associated with the protection of offspring, the protection of the beginning of life, are the strongest and as such, that serve the survival of the species, are transferred to the next generation. Made in this way choice, although it is bad, by rationalizing defined as the best, is fixed. The longer time elapses from the time of the occurrence, the fixation is deeper. Over time, the genesis is forgotten and the choice is undisputed.

Made as a result of the Carthaginian record spiritually bad choice caused great suffering and pain of the soul. It was a traumatic experience. To be able to deal with it and go on living a defense mechanism was launched in the psyche: initially suppression, and eventually deep denial and rationalization, blocking the ability to change.

For this reason, used in the Carthaginian record rhythm of manipulation includes not only temporary effect, but  also involves the long-term impact.

Getting to the core of the problem and exposing the place at which manipulation was aimed - a place of Life in man - can cause a shock, because the construction of the trap is broken down into dust and moment of trauma is stricken.

The man at first may not want to get rid of the slavery that he mistakes for the freedom and becomes a zealous and fierce defender of his prison. Prison has become his "home". He has forgotten a long time ago how “home” really looks like - a place of life, the presence of God in his heart. He will fight against those who want to help him to get out. So – this is classical Stockholm syndrome.

“And we are his house, if indeed we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope in which we glory.” (Hebrews 3:6)

The findings of the Synod in Carthage in 418 were another successive step that had a close relationship with the large-scale action to exterminate Christian enclaves and true followers of Christ, that is those who no longer were living in the darkness caused by original sin, but in the light received through the Redemption.

With the fruits and gifts of the Holy Spirit, they were the people who were not susceptible to any manipulation, they distinguished falsehood from truth. They lived in deep faith, from which flowed cognition. They were not associated with fear of earthly life, because they fully understood the nature of eternal life. The meaning of their life was to remain in constant trust in God, Redemption through Jesus Christ. They grew spiritually being aware of the importance of redemption of the soul and eternal salvation. They were Christians in the true sense of this term.

For since the message spoken through angels was binding, and every violation and disobedience received its just punishment,  how shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation? This salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him. God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.” (Hebrews 2:2-4)

It is worth noting that it was not possible to make manipulations in the nature of human behavior as long as there were Christian enclaves. First, true Christians did not live any longer according to the behavioral but spiritual nature. Therefore, the enclaves through various forms of activities aimed against them, were destroyed.

After the destruction of the Christian enclaves, at successive synods there were introduced changes, new rules: compulsion to gather in church buildings, strengthening of the ecclesiastical hierarchy  emphasized with appropriate outfits, institutionalization of faith.

In addition, by making in the fourth century Christianity the state religion, people became Christians not because of a deliberate choice of Christ, but due to commands.

Therefore, the following degradation of faith and deep Christianity was a fertile ground to instill devious record in 418.

It is worth noting that at the time of establishing canon 2 of the Synod of Carthage in 418, automatically the first Christians, in the light of this record, were heretics who were subject to "... the exclusion from the community of the faithful"

Paradoxically those "heretics" become saints and are today a kind of "dowry" of the Church, which then condemned them with this record.

Given the historical context, it is noted that the findings in Carthage in 418 were to shut in a legal way the path of spiritual growth to those who walked in the footsteps of the teachings of the Apostles and truly served the God. They were also to deter potential, future followers who would like to be zealous in faith and really fulfill the teachings of Jesus Christ.

A mediator of salvation was established - the Church which made itself removing the original sin, so Christians were directed away from a relationship with Christ to the relationship with the institutional Church.

We often hear the claim that the Church and Christ are one. But is the Church in its present spiritual form certainly the same as the original church founded by Jesus Christ? Do Christians led by the Church find the depth of the spiritual life as was understood and developed by Christians under the leadership of the Apostles and in the first centuries?

Today Christians do not see any danger flowing from the record, because for centuries the form of baptism was preserved, ordered and everything seems to be fine. They believe that through the Church they receive the good (freedom from original sin) and do not understand harm being caused by this record.

Therefore, the hidden intention and the true meaning of the record can be incomprehensible for Christians today.

The effects of the record have already been signaled in the content of this analysis, but because of their importance, they can be additionally emphasized and summarized briefly:

The set of all the described mechanisms cannot be accidental. It indicates a deliberate and conscious action, having the character of manipulation. It is aimed at a specific target - SOUL REDEMPTION AND SALVATION.

The order of accepting the original sin results in arresting the development of the spiritual nature of man and distorts the true meaning of Christianity. Compared with the way of the first Christians there has been a "derailment". Few note that they are not on the right track and that their eternal life, salvation is in great danger. Christians behave like hypnotized, lethargic people, they are superficial in faith and involved in ceremonies.

And St. Peter calls (….) work out your own salvation with fear and trembling….,  (Philippians 2:12)

Over the centuries, you see what spiritual devastation was introduced by this record of the synod in 418.
The question is: Who in those days wanted such turn of events?
And who is the true, eternal enemy of Christ and souls of men?

"Watch! Because your adversary the devil, as a lion prowling around looking for someone to devour. "(1 Peter 5:8)

He never gave up the destruction of man. By people who surrendered to him in a more or less conscious way, whose hearts and minds he annexed, awakening in them low lust for profit and power, he implemented his plan to eliminate God from the hearts of men.

The consequences of this can be observed in today's state of the Church and Christians in many areas of social life.

Is there a way out of this situation?
Is there something you can change?
The presented analysis of the  "Carthage record " and revealing all the hidden mechanisms of manipulation and intentions, may give rise to a sense of helplessness, but it turns out that in the intricate construction of the record there was a gap, the road to freedom.

“I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut”  (Revelation 3:8)

The analysis of the text reveals, paradoxically, also the way out of the situation. It is not apparent at first, when behavioral responses are triggered, but when the heart stops palpitating in fear, anxiety, and calming the mind comes, one can see the gate, the light in the tunnel.

It is included in the first part of the record, which reads:

“It was also considered: if any man denies that new-born children should be baptized, or says that they should indeed be baptized for the remission of sins, but that they derive from Adam no original sin which needs to be removed in the laver of regeneration, from whence the conclusion follows that in them the form of baptism “for the remission of sins” is to be understood as not true but false - let him be anathema.”

Breaking through the lack of transparency and complexity of the text, we can see that this formula of baptism requires to make a specific choice to avoid punishment. But contrary to appearances, you can make another choice and without the consequences of penalty.

What is the simplified content included in this record?

"If someone thinks that children are not born with original sin, which would be removed by baptism, let him be anathema." So - "If someone believes that Christ freed all people (including children) from original sin, let him be excluded from the community of the faithful"

It is forbidden, therefore, to choose the Redemption of Christ and instructs to choose obedience to the Church. In essence, this provision verifies the attitude of faith and implies making a radical choice. The choice which is really the internal choice, not external. It is an act of the heart.

What is the choice?
Believe in Christ or believe in Church.
It is a choice where there is no room for compromise.

To believe Christ is to accept Redemption with full conviction and awareness. When the acceptance is sincere, genuine, heart is filled with great joy and profound gratitude to Christ and feeling of his love and great care. There is no exclusion, because it does not actually exist. There is, however, belonging to Christ. This belonging one does not want to lose at any price.

And then fear disappears since “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love”. (1 John 4:18)

To believe the Church means to succumb to panic, fear, to agree on a lie, and as a result to renounce Redemption for one’s own, apparent and meager profit.
Does belonging to the community of scared, indoctrinated faithful bring any profit ?

Is the care of temporal existence, instead of concern about Christ, about eternal life any profit?
Is the lack of Christ in your heart any gain?

Heart which is in the grip of fear is not being able to open up to His presence and action of the Holy Spirit. If someone does not accept with the full awareness the Redemption of Christ, HE WILL NOT BELIEVE THAT HE IS FREE, and will not get out of fear and will live in a loop of behavioral reflexes and slavery. He will not know his true identity - the son of God and a man of Light, because only knowing  it opens real, actual accepting of the Redemption of Christ and the action of His power.

Direct, personal relationship with Christ, loving Him, deeper immersion in the light restored by the Redemption shape the man, transforming him and creating anew.

“For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,  who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time.” (1 Tymothy 2:5-6)

Redemption by Christ directly operates in the hearts which believe and have chosen Him.

Because true Christian is one who truly believes in the Redemption of Christ which is constantly active and accepts "the gift of the open doors."

Accepts the open door and it is the way out ... for all.

And in the case of baptism of the child if the parent believes deep in his heart that Christ redeemed the world, that he is free from original sin, both he and his children, this awareness of the Redemption which is constantly in force, is the protection. When his heart remains in Truth, the power of Christ works and makes that the child who is baptized remains in the light of God.

So in relation to today's form of baptism, a real Christian avoids catching into the trap by the first part of the baptismal formula (removal of original sin) and then the second part is fully completed (putting on Christ).

So really, even if there has been an external reduction, there is no internal when the heart of man is free from fear. And it is free from fear, when he believes in redemption and continues to trust in Christ.

“In him we have redemption through his blood” (Ephesians 1:7)

“Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell”.(Matthew 10:28)

The whole battle associated with "Carthagine record" is fought in fact for the choice of heart!

Is it not like the temptation of Eve in paradise?
Is this not again facing the choice?

It is the choice between Life and death.
Between the acceptance of a restored relationship with God and being left in the darkness.
Between SALVATION and loss of ETERNAL LIFE.

Because the choice of Christ, that is true faith in His Redemption opens the way to the kingdom of God. It is regaining spiritual freedom. Enables receiving God's grace and by constantly deepening of faith, constant persistence in the consciousness of Redemption, making real the achievement of "crown of glory" - SALVATION, ETERNAL LIFE!
Without this choice it is impossible!
If man does not make this choice,  what was the toil of Christ for?

“ (….) Likewise, Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of humanity, and after that he will appear a second time. This time he will not deal with sin, but he will save those who eagerly wait for him.(Hebrews 9:28)

“However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?” (Luke 8:18)

"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock:

if any man hear my voice, and open the door,

I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."

"To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne,

even as I also overcame, and am set down

with my Father in his throne."

 (Revelation 3 :20-21)

Postscriptum 1

The purpose of this analysis is not to negate and overthrow baptism, but to draw attention to irregularities related to the removal of original sin by baptism, to show their sources and effects.

Baptism into Christ is a form proper and consistent with God's intention, is the strengthening of communication with Christ. Baptism into original sin is the breaking of that bond.

Today's baptismal formula contains 2 parts. The first is the removal of original sin, the second giving the light of Christ.

In order to remove original sin, it must first be reckoned in conscience, because you can not remove something that does not exist. And reckoning this sin automatically cancels the effect of the second part.

Postscriptum 2

For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive." (1 Cor 15 :22)

On 19th November,2016, on the eve of CHRIST KING of the UNIVERSE holiday, Poland committed an act of Enthronization by the Jubilee Act of accepting Jesus as King and Lord.

In fact, spiritually the act meant putting on Christ, that is real Christening.

Christening about which St. Paul writes to the Galatians:

For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ." (Ga 3:27)

The effects of the Carthagine record have been removed!

Thank you Christ King of the Universe.

Will others follow Poland?

"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock:

if any man hear my voice, and open the door,

I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."

"To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne,

even as I also overcame, and am set down

with my Father in his throne."

 (Revelation 3 :20-21)
